Happy #MarkdownMondays!

Today’s style inspiration comes from one of my favorite color combos that can work equally well in the Summer and the Winter – Blue and Brown. Check out the 5 pieces I picked that work together stunningly, and will add some pop to your Winter wardrobe.

Outfit ingredients below:

We start with this Marina Blue Double-Face Scalloped Waist Dress from Banana Republic. It’s clean-lined and simple, but the waist detail adds definition and interest. The 3/4 sleeves are super flattering as they elongate your arms and the high neckline is perfect for a statement necklace to call even more attention to your best feature – your face!

This Campbell Corduroy Blazer from JCrew is the other blue piece of the style collage. It’s on an amazing sale (reduced from $168 to $49.99!), and is very cozy yet chic. It also comes in a beautiful red – perfect for the holidays.

To add the brownish touches to the outfit, I chose this flirty vegan leather skirt by Rebecca Taylor – it’s slightly high-waisted, and works great with any of their flirty blouse tops.

This Karen Millen Zip Bucket Bag in “tan” and these Kate Spade Surie Boots in “dark brown” grainy leather complete the look.
